注意事項

 

・検査前の食事を摂った時間を教えてください。

・時間を守ってください

・妊娠中および12才以下の方は X 線撮影を受けられません

・X 線撮影を受ける方は T シャツを着てください。金具のついた服はさけてください

 

（２）　結果説明会　

日時：2014年12月21日（日）13：00～15:00

場 所：カトリック高崎教会 ＊こられない方は郵送します。

② We shall take care of your child while you are involved.　

Cost: A general inspection is free.

Reservations Can Be Made

The following are important points to remember for your medical check-up:

- To please let me know the time which caught the meal before an inspection.

- To pregnant women and children under 12 cannot be X-rayed.

- For an X-ray examination, please wear a T-shirt. Don’t wear clothes with metal fittings.

- Don’t eat or drink for 6 hours before your medical check-up.

To receive your results and the Doctor’s advice
